Articles On Tilt-Shift Lenses

For those of you who have battled the sometimes frustrating effect of perspective distortion (e.g. when photographing tall buildings up close) , my advice is that you should invest some time in learning the perspective-correcting techniques in Photoshop, as well as the advantages that a tilt-shift lens has to offer (in terms of the "shift" functionality).

The "tilt" function of such lenses is used to provide more control with the location of the depth-of-field within an image (and therefore, the area(s) that are in focus), opening up a whole lot of creative opportunities (bokeh fans should definitely be interested).
